Day 1: Arrival in Jughur Gol Village and Trek to Campsite

• Trek: Begin trekking to the campsite (approx. 2,800m), passing through lush green pastures and forests
• Distance: Approximately 10-12 km, 5-6 hours
• Camp: Set up camp near a water source, enjoy dinner and rest

Day 2: Trek to Summit Push Campsite

• Morning: Begin trekking to the summit push campsite (approx. 4,300m)
• Trek: Pass through rugged terrain, including rocky outcrops and scree slopes
• Distance: Approximately 8-10 km, 5-6 hours
• Camp: Set up camp near the summit push point, enjoy dinner and prepare for the next day's summit push

Day 3: Summit Push and Descent to Golain Valley

• Early Morning: Begin summit push to Roghili Pass (approx. 4,700m)
• Summit: Reach the summit and enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys
• Descent: Descend to the Golain Valley, passing by the glacier lake and two other lakes
• Distance: Approximately 12-15 km, 6-8 hours
• Camp: Set up camp near the village of Golain, enjoy dinner and celebrate the successful completion of the trek
